Adobe Workfront for business: one place where work is requested, done and approved
Softwhale implements Adobe Workfront so that a request, the work it becomes, the files it produces and the approval it needs live in one system — not in a form, a spreadsheet, a drive and an email thread.
Enhance work management with Adobe Workfront
Adobe Workfront is the work management application of Adobe Experience Cloud: the place where marketing and creative work is requested, prioritized, planned, executed, reviewed and reported on. It is not one product but a family. Alongside Workfront itself, Adobe documents Adobe Workfront Planning, a capability for the planning layer above execution, and Adobe Workfront Fusion, the automation and integration layer. Planning is either a standalone product or a capability purchased in addition to Workfront; Fusion is its own product.
What makes an implementation succeed is rarely the feature list. It is whether intake is designed so requesters can describe their own work, whether the project structure matches how your organization reports, and whether approvals happen inside the system rather than around it. Those are process decisions, and that is where our work concentrates.
Why Adobe Workfront?
Creative and marketing teams usually know what is wrong. Work arrives from every direction and none of it is prioritized, so everything is urgent, and the status meeting reconstructs what is already written down somewhere. Files are reviewed by email, so feedback is contradictory and the version that ships is not always the one approved. When leadership asks what marketing delivered, the answer is assembled by hand. Workfront makes that visible and repeatable: one intake path, one structure for work, one review record, and reporting that comes out of the system rather than a spreadsheet.
Why Choose Softwhale?
Why Choose Softwhale?
Workfront projects fail on adoption, not on configuration. A system requesters avoid produces incomplete data, and incomplete data is what makes reporting untrustworthy.
