Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform: audiences your channels can act on

Softwhale implements Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform so that the profile your analysts describe and the audience your channels receive are finally the same thing.

Enhance audience activation with Adobe Real-Time CDP

Built on Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (Real-Time CDP) brings known and anonymous data from many enterprise sources into profiles that personalize experiences across all channels and devices in real time, with tools for data governance, identity management, advanced segmentation and data science.

It is not a standalone box you fill with exports: it inherits the platform’s schemas, identity graph and governance rules, so activation quality is decided upstream — in how identities are namespaced, how merge policies resolve conflicts, which fields carry usage labels. Softwhale takes that chain end to end, down to the moment a policy correctly refuses an export.

Why Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform?

Marketing teams rarely lack channels. They lack a shared definition of who they are talking to. The web SDK sees a cookie, the CRM sees an account, the paid media platform sees a hashed email, and each one builds its own idea of the same person. Audience lists get rebuilt per channel, suppression rules drift apart, and nobody can say with confidence whether an anonymous visitor and a known customer are one individual. Real-Time CDP is the layer where that question gets a single answer, and where the answer is allowed to change in real time.

Our RT CDP Services

Our RT CDP Services

We deliver Real-Time CDP as a data product with a marketing owner: the ingestion, identity and governance work that makes profiles trustworthy, and the audience and activation work that makes them useful.

Identity & Consent
  • Edition and scope fit. Three editions at Prime and Ultimate level.
  • Identity and merge policy design. Namespaces and merge policies.
  • Governance and consent design. Usage labels, marketing actions and policies.
Ingestion & Activation

We implement the source flows and the collection layer feeding them — Web and Mobile SDKs sending XDM to the Edge Network — then destination accounts, connections and activation flows, with labels applied as data lands; the Marketo Engage connector is there for every edition, not only B2B. Downstream, audiences feed Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Flow Monitoring

Live activation needs watching. We monitor source and destination flow runs — status, timing, record counts and failure detail — confirm that batch audiences refresh and export jobs complete, and investigate profile merges that produced an unexpected result. We review merge policies and identity namespaces as new sources arrive, and keep usage labels current on newly ingested datasets.

Benefits of moving to Adobe RT CDP

Audience definitions stop being channel assets: one definition reaches every destination you have connected.

For the business, that shows up as fewer per-channel integrations. Ingestion, identity and first activations typically take 12–16 weeks; the full stack around them runs 20–28 weeks.

Why Choose Softwhale?

Why Choose Softwhale?

Real-Time CDP projects fail on the data layer far more often than on the marketing layer. That is the layer we are strongest in, and we do not hand it over half-configured.

Expertise in Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform

We work directly with the mechanics: XDM schemas and field groups, identity namespaces and merge policies, Real-Time Customer Profile behavior, segmentation and its evaluation methods, data usage labels, flow configuration, and sandbox topology.

Technical Support & Team Training

24/7

24/7 Dedicated Technical Support: Our experts are always available to ensure smooth operation, rapid troubleshooting, and continuous optimization.

We also hand over properly: marketers are trained on audience building and activation, the data team on schemas and flow monitoring, administrators on permissions and sandboxes.

Business-Oriented Approach

We scope to the activation you need working, then build the minimum data foundation that makes it trustworthy. Each phase ends with something usable: a source live, an audience activated, a policy enforced. And we say plainly when a capability sits behind a different edition or a paid add-on.

What We Offer

Known and anonymous, one profile

Real-Time CDP combines known and anonymous data from multiple enterprise sources into one view of the customer, with governance covering both kinds of identifier — not one policy for logged-in users and a blind spot for everyone else. Audiences can qualify on a prediction too: scores from Customer AI and Attribution AI sync into the profile, and Customer AI propensities reach Segment Builder.

Segmentation, centrally reusable

Audiences are built once, centrally maintained, and made available to Adobe applications and to the destinations catalog. Real-Time CDP supports several audience data types at the destination level — people audiences, account audiences, prospect audiences for people who are not yet customers, and dataset exports — with support that differs per destination.

Activation that keeps up with the profile

The destinations catalog includes streaming destinations — always-on API-based connections: as soon as audience evaluation updates a profile, the connector sends the update downstream. Batch exports cover what does not need that immediacy. Activation is also where governance bites: data usage policy violations surface automatically.
